ABOUT POSITION We’re looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who can confidently work with modern infrastructure, keep systems stable at scale, and contribute to improving our reliability and automation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and making things run smoothly. AS A PART OF OUR TEAM YOU WILL Maintain and scale Kubernetes clusters
Write and support Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible
Own and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and FluxCD
Drive improvements in observability — manage Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Pingdom, and Sentry
Manage and monitor PostgreSQL and Redis in production
Handle incidents calmly and systematically, improve alerting quality, and reduce recovery time through clear processes and reliable infrastructure
Collaborate with backend, product & integrations teams
What We Expect 3+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE / Infra Engineering experience
Real-world experience with cloud infrastructure — AWS and Cloudflare
Understanding of Kubernetes and running containers in production
Proven use of Terraform and/or Ansible to manage infrastructure
Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices — GitLab CI, GitOps, automation pipelines
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Pingdom, Sentry)
Experience managing PostgreSQL and Redis in live environments
Fluent written and spoken both English and Russian
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE Experience working with DigitalOcean
Experience operating and optimizing ClickHouse in production environments
Experience with anti-DDoS, censorship mitigation, or access resilience techniques
