We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized After Sales Specialist to manage vehicle maintenance, repair, and service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience in the automotive service field, and the ability to effectively coordinate suppliers, monitor operational processes, and ensure high service quality across all after sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all technical maintenance, repair, and tire replacement processes in line with customer requests.
Oversee and develop contractor relationships, including contract initiation and renewal, work order coordination, supplier sourcing, and on-site inspections.
Conduct technical condition assessments of vehicles at the end of the rental period.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of all service-related data into internal systems.
Manage and follow up on the timely completion of mandatory vehicle inspections for the fleet.
Execute all processes related to vehicle registration, including documentation and license plate procedures.
Monitor and analyze the insurance market and manage insurance-related processes and claims.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in the automotive sector, preferably with a focus on service operations or service stations.
Strong knowledge of vehicle technical specifications, maintenance, and repair processes.
Proficient in using computer systems and managing data.
Strong communication skills.
