Presales Manager

Moscow, Russia office is searching for Sales/ Presales Manager for new telecom products (AI, IoT,5G/4G private network solutions)
Work location: Moscow, Russia, Park Huaming Business Centre.

Resposibilities:
Solution Design and Sales:
Based on customer needs, responsible for the planning and design of overall smart park/ home solutions, including intelligent management systems, IoT device integration, security systems, energy management
Evaluate existing park systems and propose intelligent upgrades and optimization suggestions, ensuring the ease of maintenance and feasibility of the solutions
Project Implementation and Management:
Oversee the delivery and implementation of smart park projects, ensuring the solutions are executed as planned and meet customer expectations
Coordinate resources, manage project progress, quality, and costs, and resolve technical challenges during project implementation
Technical Support and System Integration:
Provide technical support for smart park solutions, including pre-sales technical consultation, mid-stage technical implementation, and post-sales operation and maintenance support
Handle various smart park subsystems integration
Design of all AI products/IoT/private network solutions to meet customer needs, support CMCC products to launch in Russia and CIS countries

Requirements
Over 3 years of experience in smart park construction, or related fields.
Technical skills: familiar with smart park system architecture and key technologies, including but not limited to IoT, BIM (Building Information Modeling), security systems, energy management, and smart office solutions.
Experience in system integration, understanding various software and hardware integration methods and communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, etc.
Project Management: experience managing large-scale projects, with the ability to effectively organize and coordinate resources to ensure timely project delivery
Strong communication skills and customer service awareness, maintaining good working relationships with customers and team members.
