Customer Success Manager

Affle Group is represented by multiple industry-leading advertising platforms including Appnext, Newton, RevX, Ultra, Jampp, YouAppi, Mediasmart CTV.

As a Junior Customer Success Manager you will join a local Russian team who manages Jampp, YouAppi, Mediasmart CTV solutions and play a key role in supporting our valued clients, which include medium and large advertisers as well as leading advertising agencies. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and managing advertising campaigns, providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and assisting with issues related to integration, fraud prevention, budgeting, and media planning. You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative Customer Success team that is committed to sharing knowledge and supporting your professional development.
Jampp is a programmatic solution used by the most ambitious companies to accelerate their mobile businesses by acquiring new users to the apps. YouAppi platform is ideal for mobile brands looking for retargeting tools to generate revenue from engaged users. Mediasmart CTV is a Connected TV solution which is an omnichannel programmatic advertising platform.

Requirements:
Experience in mobile marketing or AdTech is a plus
Experience managing digital performance-based advertising campaigns
Analytical skills, highly committed and results-oriented
Fluency in English - a must
Communication skills
BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
Fast learning, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Moscow-based is a plus
