Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and support us across both recruitment and broader People initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the People Partner, taking ownership of recruitment processes while contributing to different HR projects. We’re looking for someone proactive and reliable, someone who keeps things moving, communicates well with different stakeholders and is comfortable taking increasing ownership as they grow into the role.

What will you be doing?

Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles in tech and marketing verticals.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the right talent.
Source, screen and interview candidates while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Build talent pipelines and contribute to improving our recruitment practices.

People projects

Work closely with the People Partner on different HR projects and initiatives.
Support and gradually take ownership of projects related to talent management, performance, onboarding and other People topics.
Coordinate project activities, stakeholders and follow-ups.
Help improve People processes and turn ideas into action.

Does this sound like you?

1–3 years of experience in recruitment in tech roles, talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership, you see what needs to be done and follow things through.
Good judgment and the ability to prioritize when several things are happening at once.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Good communication skills and confidence working with both candidates and leaders.
Curiosity and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent written and spoken English.

As we recruit across Europe, gross salary may vary between countries in line with local market conditions, taxation and employment practices. Gross monthly salary range for this role is EUR 2,300- 2,500.
