Social Media and Project Coordinator

About the role: We’re looking for a Social Media and Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Communications & Employer Brand team! The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and hands-on, with the ability to create engaging social media content and bring projects to life, from the first idea to execution.

Your daily tasks will include:
- Create fresh and engaging social media content from idea to publication, working closely with colleagues, teams across FYUL, and external partners
- Manage FYUL’s corporate social media channels, including content planning, publishing, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking
- Coordinate projects from concept to execution, including events, partner collaborations, and other Corporate Communications & Employer Brand initiatives
- Support other team projects and day-to-day activities when needed

Your qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian
- Hands-on social media and content creation experience, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
- Experience in event planning and project coordination
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Confident working with internal and external partners
- Creative, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
