Sales Manager（Moscow /Saint Petersburg）

Hope Senlan (SLANVERT), under mainland Hope Group, is a leading Chinese manufacturer of low‑/high‑voltage VFDs, soft‑starters and industrial drive‑control solutions. We are expanding our business across Russia and Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) markets.

Job Responsibilities
1 Take full ownership of sales for SLANVERT VFD, soft‑starter and industrial automation products in Russia & EAEU region; achieve annual sales target and take responsibility for revenue & payment collection.
2 Develop and manage local distributors, OEM partners, system integrators and end‑users in mining, metallurgy, chemical, building‑material industries. Conduct business negotiation, quotation, contract signing, order follow‑up and payment collection independently.
3 Conduct market & competitor research, deliver market analysis reports, formulate regional sales strategy with full consideration of EAC certification and local tender rules.
4 Cooperate with domestic technical, after‑sales and supply‑chain teams to deliver VFD application solutions, pre‑sales technical support and project coordination; resolve customer complaints and after‑sales matters.
5 Attend local industrial exhibitions and customer visits to build brand awareness; collect product feedback and share with product & R&D teams.
6 Support cross‑border trade, customs and compliance work to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements
1 achelor’s degree or above, minimum 3‑years direct sales experience on industrial inverters; familiar with inverter products & industry applications; existing customer resources in local market is a strong plus.
2，Familiar with local B2B sales model, experienced in distributor development & management, capable of independent market development.
