About the role We’re looking for a Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineer to strengthen our Video Security direction in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
This role is a great fit for:
a Security Systems Engineer who wants to move closer to business and influence sales
a Network Engineer interested in working with modern video surveillance, analytics, biometrics, and integrated security systems
You’ll work closely with sales, partners, and global vendors — supporting deals, shaping solutions, and participating in some of the most interesting projects in the region.
What you’ll do Work closely with Sales Managers to support and drive security solutions deals
Analyze customer requirements and prepare technical & commercial proposals
Deliver technical consultations, demos, and presentations to partners and end customers
Support POCs / pilot projects (installation, configuration, results)
Conduct technical trainings, webinars, and workshops
Test and learn new technologies and solutions
Maintain and support demo environments
Provide first-line technical support to partners
Manage project-related activities in CRM
Tech stack / vendors You’ll work with leading global vendors, including:
Milestone Systems, BriefCam, Hanwha Vision, IncoreSoft, Suprema (and others)
What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales / Systems / Network Engineer
Hands-on experience with:
IP cameras, NVRs, video servers, VMS
Access Control / integrated security systems
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure :
servers, storage, networking, virtualization, Windows/Linux
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple way
Experience with presentations, demos, and customer communication
Ability to read technical documentation and design solutions
English — Intermediate+ (documentation, communication, training)
Russian required, Kazakh is a plus
Willingness to travel
Nice to have Experience with vendors like:
Milestone, Axis, Bosch, Hanwha, Avigilon, Suprema
