At Finyard, pioneering innovative and contemporary software solutions tailored for the FinTech sector has been our core focus since our establishment in 2018.
We’re looking for a Middle Recruiter who feels confident managing full-cycle recruitment independently and enjoys working with international markets.
Требования к кандидату:
• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• At least 1 year of experience in international hiring
• Experience hiring BDMs, Sales Managers, or other commercial roles
• Experience working with Africa and/or Asia markets
• Confidence managing roles independently from intake to offer
• English B2 or higher
• Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
