The process:

1. Paid writing test
2. Interview
3. Paid training
4. Shadow and/or internal work
5. Client work

Capacity:

We're looking for freelance writers who'd like to fill 30%+ of their workload with Good Content engagements.

Comp:

We're a good fit for writers targeting an hourly rate of $75–$150. Our writers become more efficient as they take on more engagements with us. Same content philosophy, same infrastructure, same processes, same team, same expectations, etc.

Timing:

This round of application reviews, testing, and interviews will kick off mid-September.
