We're hiring: Product Operations Manager (Casino & Sports)
I'm looking for a Product Operations Manager to join an international iGaming product company based in Cyprus.
This isn't a traditional Product Manager role.
You'll be responsible for driving player engagement through tournaments, bonus mechanics, promotional campaigns, and retention initiatives while working closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and the Core Product team.
We're looking for someone who:
Has hands-on experience in iGaming (Casino and/or Sportsbook)
Thinks in metrics and player behavior
Has successfully launched and optimized promotional or retention mechanics
Knows how to turn business needs into product improvements
On-site | Cyprus (relocation support provided)
