Requirements:
Experience in crypto accounting / Web3 finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems
Knowledge of blockchain transactions reconciliation and digital asset accounting
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, APIs, and automation tools
Experience improving finance processes and building automation workflows
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English
