Hi!
I’m Yulia, a recruiter at Quadcode — we’ve been building B2C and B2B SaaS trading platforms for clients around the world for 13 years.
We’re looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on production experience in LLMs, multi-agent systems, MCP, and backend development.
Fluent English is required.
Experience in fintech and fluent Russian would be a big plus.
This role could be a great fit if you’re interested not only in building features, but also in owning your solutions end-to-end and understanding their real business impact — including metrics, cost, latency, reliability, and scalability.
Location: Cyprus — hybrid, 3 days per week from the office (Limassol or Larnaca)
Candidates already based in Cyprus are preferred.
