MT4/MT5 Customer Support Engineer

We are hiring in Limassol, Cyprus!
Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced MT4/MT5 Customer Support Engineer to join our growing team on-site in Cyprus 🇨🇾

Key Details
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Full Relocation Package provided)
Format: On-site / Office-based
Schedule: Full-time, 24/6 rotating shift schedule (after training period)
What You Will Do
Provide high-quality B2B technical and functional support to clients and internal teams.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues using SQL, system logs, and app-level analysis.
Diagnose platform-level issues involving MT4/MT5, plugins, gateways, and liquidity bridges.
Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and 3rd-party providers to drive issues to resolution.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for internal and external use.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years (or 4+ years) of technical support experience in a Forex / FinTech / Brokerage environment.
Solid knowledge of MT4 / MT5 platforms (Manager & Admin levels), plugins, and gateways.
Hands-on experience with liquidity bridges (oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid, etc.).
Practical SQL skills (writing, debugging, and analyzing queries for troubleshooting).
Strong OS and application-level support skills.
AI-Augmented mindset: You actively use AI tools in your daily workflow to work smarter and faster
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Nice to Have: Experience with API integrations
Knowledge of the FIX protocol
Basic scripting or programming skills
