Format: Remote, full-time
Comp: Base + per-demo bonus + recurring deal commission

What you'll do:
Build outbound pipeline via LinkedIn, cold email and cold calls
Target CFOs / Finance Directors of companies paying $10k+/month to contractors
Work with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot
Book qualified demos for the closer — target 15–25 qualified demos/month
Keep HubSpot clean, feed insights into the outreach playbook

What we need:

1–3 years SDR / BDR in B2B — ideally payroll, EOR, outstaffing, fintech, HR-tech
Real track record: meetings booked per month, conversion rates, channels
Fluent English (comfortable on cold calls and LinkedIn voice notes)
Comfortable with modern CRM + outreach tooling
Self-directed, remote-ready

Nice to have:

Existing network of finance decision-makers in Europe / GCC
Experience selling into CIS / LatAm / GCC contractor markets
Additional languages — Spanish, Russian
