Information About The Position We are building a payments organization that moves billions of euros across our markets, enabling Vinted to scale globally through a robust ecosystem of payment providers, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. As a Product Manager for the team in question, you will create capabilities that allow our members to pay for purchases seamlessly, securely, and in the most convenient ways possible. Your mission will be to ensure that every Vinted buyer can check out using their preferred local or global payment method, enjoying an outstanding, frictionless, and reliable transaction experience. In this job you will be working within a Product engineering team, shaping your team's roadmap, and making the right tradeoffs to bring value to our members. You will ensure the teams build cutting-edge solutions at scale that power the smooth buying experience for millions of customers across Europe and beyond. You will collaboratively work with a talented group of professionals, embrace creativity, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment. We’re seeking someone with a proven track record for delivering impact through technical product solutions and understanding the importance of user experience. In this position, you’ll Set product strategy and roadmap, while taking a collaborative approach with your cross-functional team to execute
Work together with multiple stakeholders - other product teams, other functions (legal, security and etc), and third parties
Be accountable for the end-to-end success of your product area through the OKR framework
Help Vinted grow by contributing to building reliable and trustworthy payments ecosystem that brings value to our members
Tackle ambitious product problems, conducting rigorous product discovery and scoping the solution with meaningful requirements and clear trade-off analysis
About You Proven experience in product management, building technical products
Understand and appreciate the engineering and technical aspects of the product development lifecycle and know how to balance product development and tech debt
Experience delivering through a full product lifecycle: integrating user feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
Able to make insightful, data-driven decisions and translate these into valuable product improvements
Good knowledge of how to incorporate data, research, and market analysis to create product strategies and roadmap
