Upwork Sales Executive

Vizmo Agency is looking for an experienced and target-driven Upwork Sales Executive to join our growing team in Karachi.

What You’ll Do:
Find and qualify relevant opportunities on Upwork
Write personalized, high-converting proposals
Manage client chats, follow-ups, and meetings
Understand project requirements and pitch the right solution
Negotiate and close deals with international clients
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of Upwork sales and bidding experience
Proven ability to generate leads and close projects
Excellent English communication and proposal-writing skills
Strong understanding of client acquisition and sales
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
