As an Associate Consultant in our Cloud Consulting team, your mission is to support the delivery of modern human resources solutions that make a real difference for our clients. You will learn from experienced consultants, work on international projects, and build strong functional and consulting skills in a supportive, people-first environment. Your Responsibilities Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects by contributing to assigned tasks and project deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and assist in defining solutions
Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors under guidance to meet client needs
Participate in customer workshops, take notes, and support documentation of solutions
Assist in resolving standard support tickets and troubleshooting issues using internal tools
Contribute to end-user training materials and documentation, and support training sessions
Work closely with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Your Experience And Skills Experience or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HRIS systems, or integrations (including internships or super user experience)
Basic understanding of system configuration, business processes, or HR systems
Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical aspects such as XML, business rules, and system configuration
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, systems management, business administration, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in English and Latvian for day-to-day communication with clients
Understanding of HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, payroll processes, time management or performance management) is considered an advantage
