CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The successful candidate should possess strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. As a company, we strive to make our users’ financial lives simpler․ Key Responsibilities Receive cash payments from individuals and legal entities;
Process cash payments made to individuals and legal entities;
Record and process collected payments in the accounting software;
Maintain the cash register book in accordance with the procedures established by law;
Organize the collection of accumulated cash funds in accordance with established procedures.
Required Qualifications Higher education,
Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and AS-Bank,
Relevant work experience,
Integrity and honesty,
Discipline and a strong sense of responsibility,
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
