The Karachi office serves as a central hub for operations and cross-functional collaboration. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Karachi. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, coordinating with sales and product teams, overseeing content and creative assets, and analyzing marketing performance to optimize results. The role involves managing budgets, working with external agencies or vendors, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Marketing Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management.
Strong skills in digital marketing channels such as social media, email, search, and web-based campaigns.
Ability to interpret data and analytics, prepare reports, and make data-informed decisions.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners or agencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working on-site in Karachi and engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
