Quantity Surveyor-Civil Engineer – Nicosia

RATARIOUS MANAGEMENT ( www.ratariousmanagement.eu ) , the leading company as consulting Firm, operating in Cyprus and 104 countries globally, is seeking on behalf of our client (Industrial Equipment’s) a Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineer (QSC 907273CNI)-NICOSIA Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Prepare Payment Certificates for Contractors and Subcontractors.
Participate in site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
Benefits Annual remuneration package of €26,000 – €32,000, depending on qualifications and experience (negotiable).
