Marketing Manager

ABOUT SKYWORTH:

Skyworth Group, a globally recognized smart home appliance and technology company founded in 1988, with business operations spanning over 100 countries and regions. The company offers a diverse portfolio including smart TVs, home appliances, smart systems, and new energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the local marketing strategy for Skyworth in Russia, aligned with business and sales objectives.
Define target audiences, product positioning, key selling points and marketing messages in collaboration with the Product team.
Develop and manage online and offline marketing activities, including PR, social media, digital advertising, influencers/bloggers and local events.
Develop co-marketing initiatives with distributors, retailers and other strategic partners to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Manage the localization and creation of marketing creatives and content in line with global brand guidelines and local market needs.
Manage the local marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness and performance of marketing agencies and suppliers.
Lead and manage promoter teams where applicable, supporting channel performance and sell-out growth.
Conduct regular market, competitor and consumer analysis, monitor brand/search performance and identify market trends and opportunities.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights to local and HQ management.
Ensure marketing activities comply with local regulations and internal processes, with a strong focus on business results and sales performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant marketing experience , preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances or FMCG.
Fluent in Russian and English , with strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, PR, influencer marketing and local market campaign management .
Strong business orientation with the ability to connect marketing activities with sales performance and commercial results .
Independent, proactive and data-driven, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
