In this role, you will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, manage multi-regional marketing operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our Sportsbook product.

💼 Reports to: Sportsbook Product Marketing Team Lead

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing impactful promotional campaigns
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Content, Design, CRM, SMM, Product) to deliver high-quality marketing materials
Manage the creation of banners, push notifications, and other engaging promotional content
Oversee multi-regional marketing calendars, ensuring perfect alignment with local and international sports events
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and pain points
Ensure all marketing activities strictly comply with local and regional regulations
Stay informed of competitors’ strategies, campaigns, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge
Analyze international best practices within the gambling industry to increase the efficiency of our promotions
Work closely with regional teams to adapt and align campaigns with local market needs
Support the senior team in project execution and stakeholder communication
Mentor and support junior team members to build expertise within the unit
Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports for leadership
Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable, data-driven solutions
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and introduce creative, fresh ideas for upcoming campaigns

💼 Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in product marketing or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Full proficiency in both written and spoken English and Russian
Proven expertise in campaign planning, budget management, and performance analysis
Proficiency in modern marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
High attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes
Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused approach
