What’s the mission you’ll drive
The treasury FX analyst will drive the hedging strategy and execution across Addi's warehouse facilities to protect the balance sheet from FX and rate volatility, ensuring full covenant compliance and a real-time, reliable view of the company's liquidity position.
 
What you will do
Achieve and sustain accuracy in the daily Cash Flow Projection model across daily, weekly, and monthly horizons by building and validating a standardized forecasting methodology against actuals, giving management a real-time view of liquidity surpluses and deficits within

Eliminate covenant compliance blind spots by mapping and documenting the full covenant structure, hedging requirements, and reporting obligations of every warehouse facility into a centralized tracking repository within

Define and implement a hedging strategy for each warehouse facility by evaluating FX and interest-rate exposure against Addi's risk appetite and instrument constraints.

Reduce manual reporting time by building and launching live dashboards in Databricks/SQL that track hedging positions, market risk exposure, and covenant headroom, replacing spreadsheet-based tracking within

Systematize Banco de la República regulatory filings by building a centralized process to track and complete required forms per account/operation type reducing current reliance on externals to remind them of deadlines.

What we’re looking for
Proven experience in Treasury Front Office operations
2–3+ years working specifically in a front-office / money desk role within a bank, financial company, or fiduciary institution (no back-office, no sector real)

Hands-on experience executing, monitoring, and closing FX and derivative transactions

Experienced in regulatory compliance and audit readiness
Ensures full compliance with Banco de la República FX regulation

Maintains accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory inspections and audits

Collaborates with risk and compliance teams to ensure operational soundness of treasury activities

Demonstrates ability to leverage analytical and data tools
Knowledge with Databricks, SQL, and data visualization tools for treasury and financial reporting
