If you’re passionate about shaping the growth and effectiveness of teams in an international tech company, this role is for you. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies in People Operations: onboarding, development, retention, and employee well-being.
Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
Build and maintain a strong corporate culture aligned with AttoLabs’ values.
Organize learning and development activities, including internal training and external programs.
Implement and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies across the organization.
Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, and drive initiatives for improvement.
Collaborate with team leads to ensure effective communication and leadership development.
Support compensation, benefits, and non-monetary motivation processes.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in international or IT companies.
Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, tools, and strategies.
Experience in building and scaling HR processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
Ability to thrive in a multitasking, fast-paced environment.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience managing change and HR projects in a scaling organization.
International HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR).
Understanding of IT outsourcing and technical team dynamics.
