Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Provide up-to-date local insights for marketing and communication trends in CIS countries as reports
- Provide in-depth insights on the local entertainment KOLs, trendy brands, the most attractive ads
- Support and be responsible for the local marketing project execution for gaming products including PUBG MOBILE
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, community management, User Acquisition, Content Management, agencies, and global publishing teams to gather and distribute relevant materials across multiple stakeholders
- Assist in the creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business metric related reports
- Assist in the planning and execution of weekly alignments meetings between key partners to achieve strategic objectives and future content planning
- Effectively articulate and facilitate meeting recaps and reviews across numerous disciplines and cross functional teams
- Uphold and maintain security controls and processes for confidential assets and documents

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of marketing experience of marketing, preferably on in the interactive gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors
- Familarity and huge passion towards PUBG MOBILE
- Fluency in Russian and English as working language, with Chinese/Uzbek/Kazakh proficiency as a plus
- Ability to collaborate across time zones, strong communication skills to interact with people from different cultures
- Working towards a Business/Marketing Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required
- Familiarity in marketing management, brand strategy, product marketing or advertising
- BeSelf-motivated, detailed oriented, independent, organized and proactive
- Be highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple business units and project teams
- Great teammate with strong collaboration skills who is comfortable with open and consistent communication
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills
