French speaking Accountant in Store Accounting Team

Circle K Business Centre in Riga , Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as: French speaking Accountant in Store Accounting Team ( for Belgium business unit) Type of Employment : Permanent Location : Riga, Latvia Visa requirements : A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)  What You'll Do  Process debit and credit notes, perform weekly and monthly accounting activities related to dealer sites;
Clear daily transactions and promptly address any errors in collaboration with colleagues based in Belgium;
Respond to queries from site managers, business unit representatives and external partners as needed;
Review, prepare and process journal entries based on information received from business unit and other partners;
Provide support by answering questions from other company departments regarding processed financial records;
Execute month-end closing procedures, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors;
Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Need  Experience within accounting for at least 1-2 years;
Fluent in English (both verbal and written, to communicate successfully with colleagues abroad);
Fluent in French (both verbal and written, at least C1 level);
Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;
Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
