Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Learning & Development (L&D) business partner to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that will enable the growth and development of our people across Coupang. This role will partner closely with STPs, business leaders, and employees across all Coupang Corp and affiliates.

What You Will Do

Design and deliver impactful learning programs and projects that develop enterprise-wide skills for the business to deliver wow experiences for Coupang’s customers

Conduct robust needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend scalable interventions to the business to wow our learner customers

Partner closely with Strategic Talent Partners and HR Business Partners to understand the business needs, propose meaningful programs to solve key business problems, and report on impact and outcomes

Measure success and impact of programs on a continuous basis, leveraging data to inform decisions and reporting back to key stakeholders

Manage and optimize our onboarding program to create a consistent experience for new hires across all of Coupang and its affiliates

Help define the strategic direction for how we leverage our enterprise LMS; establish best practices for content architecture, learning paths, and digital engagement to maximize adoption and system value.

Design, build, and deliver core people-manager training programs and learning journeys to equip leaders with essential management capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, human resources, or talent development

Strong instructional design and facilitation skills both in person and virtual

Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands on execution

Experience working in LMS and other content creation tools

Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting and influencing senior

Ability to understand data and make data driven decisions

Korean native fluency or proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in e-commerce or retail businesses

Fluency (or proficiency) in English and Chinese is preferable.
