Marketing and Culture Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join our team. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, enhance our employer brand, and organize team-building events to create a vibrant and supportive work environment.If you are passionate about marketing, communication, and fostering a positive workplace culture, we want to hear from you! Create and post engaging content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (1+ posts weekly).
Develop monthly SMM plans in collaboration with the Management Board.
Maintain and update the News section on our website with 1-3 monthly posts, planned 1-2 weeks ahead.
Publish on site, existing Medium articles upon request (1-3 monthly).
Boost posts and articles within the allocated budget, reporting actions and results weekly.
Search for IT event partnership opportunities in Moldova, reporting the status bi-monthly.
Implement initiatives in the Employee Branding field, as agreed with the Management Board.
Plan and organize in-house events such as team-building activities, celebrations, and milestone events.
Coordinate internal photo sessions and create/film short videos for/at company events.
Ensure a fun and inclusive office atmosphere through continuous engagement activities.
