Requirements Higher education (technical);
3+ years of work experience;
Language skills: Russian (fluent), English (upper-intermediate);
Knowledge of OS Windows, Linux at the administrator level;
Understanding of DSS architectures;
Understanding of the vendor's product line;
Knowledge of the principles of network operation;
Understanding of block and file access protocols;
Understanding of virtual environments.
Responsibilities Calculating and quoting configurations;
Selecting equipment based on client needs;
Configuring equipment on-site;
Communicating with the vendor's specialists;
Conducting DSS systems load testing;
Advising clients on system configuration;
Holding presentations and webinars.
Personal Qualities Analytical mindset;
Persuasiveness;
Customer-oriented approach.
