Cinematic Supervisor

We’re looking for a Cinematic Supervisor to oversee the creation and quality of in-game cutscenes, from initial concept to final implementation in the engine. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cinematic direction, storytelling, and the full cinematic production pipeline, working closely with animation, art, and game design teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the production cycle of cutscenes, trailers, and cinematic gameplay mechanics in collaboration with the Head of Department, including quality control, creative briefings, and participation in daily team meetings.
Manage task tracking, production planning, and deadlines.
Develop the dialogue pipeline in collaboration with the Narrative, Cinematics, and Game Design teams.
Supervise and plan motion capture sessions, including pre-production and preparation of 3D props and environments in collaboration with artists.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination of tasks between the creative team (directors) and the cinematics production team.
Develop and implement technical and creative solutions for cutscenes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with one or more task management tools, such as ClickUp, ftrack, Cerebro, ShotGrid, or similar.
Experience creating cinematics in Unreal Engine 5.
Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine Sequencer.
Ability to establish and manage workflows and pipelines across multiple production teams, including Art, Animation, Rigging, FX, Cinematics, and Production.
Ability to develop unique visual concepts and creative solutions for specific areas of the game world, characters, and weapons in collaboration with other members of the creative team.
Ability to handle final visual polish, including composition, lighting, and color grading.
Experience working with 3D software.
Experience with compositing software such as After Effects, Nuke, or Fusion.
