On-Site SEO Specialist

Main responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical SEO elements
- Create detailed SEO-optimized content briefs for our blog
- Collaborate with the off-site team to ensure synergy between on-site and off-site SEO efforts
- Lead website localization initiatives to expand our global reach
- Conduct regular technical audits and implement improvements
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics

Core requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings
- Expert knowledge of: Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO analytics platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization and project management skills
- Passion for staying current with SEO trends and algorithm updates

Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation to increase efficiency
- Experience with Screaming Frog and conducting comprehensive technical audits
- Experience in travel, telecommunications, or SaaS industries
- Familiarity with international SEO and multi-language websites
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
