Digital Marketing Project Manager

Main responsibilities
- Be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the timely delivery of a wide variety of cross-team projects;
- Lead multiple and diverse projects by defining requirements and deadlines, developing and executing detailed project plans, and tracking and ensuring the completion of work tickets;
- Work closely with stakeholders and leads to ensure that the highest priority projects are tackled and deliver the most value to the company;
- Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with the stakeholders while setting and maintaining goals, milestones, and deadlines;
- Facilitate project-related team meetings, communicate action steps, protect people from distractions and keep them focused;
- Manage, organize, and distribute all project documentation, including creative briefs, strategic plans, status reports, deliverables lists, and post-project retrospectives.

Core requirements
- 3+ years experience in project management of work across digital marketing and website design;
- 3+ years experience in SaaS (or similar industry);
- A rigorous approach to problem-solving, strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written);
- The ability to quickly shift and adapt to different tasks ranging from hands-on projects to project management;
- Ability to learn new tools and technical concepts quickly;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders of various seniority;
- A strong sense of ownership, impeccable attention to detail, self-organization, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
