Spa Sales Representative (MNE)

Objective To oversee and drive spa treatment and service sales, while implementing effective strategies to meet performance and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring service quality, cleanliness, and proper maintenance standards Coordinate with department heads to uphold operational excellence Manage financial targets, control costs, and prepare revenue and expense reports Implement and update spa operating procedures, policies, and training manuals Support and train spa therapists and reception staff, addressing queries and identifying training needs Develop therapists’ shift schedules and assist with appointment bookings Contribute to the development and revision of the spa menu Monitor and respond to client feedback professionally Drive retail and service sales through strong customer engagement Requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken); a second language is a plus Minimum 2 years’ experience in a spa supervisory or sales-related role, preferably in an international-standard spa High school diploma or sales certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Preferred Skills Proven business acumen Spa or hospitality operations management Financial reporting Human resource and team leadership Sales and retail strategy Customer relationship management Marketing and public relations exposure Intermediate to advanced computer literacy Professional business writing skills Personality Traits Clear and articulate communicator Self-motivated and enthusiastic Personable and empathetic Sales-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor ⚠️ Please Read Before Applying Remuneration: The displayed annual salary is an On-Target Earnings (OTE) figure, which includes estimated bonuses and commissions.
Salary Structure: Our base salary structure is standardized. Progression within this structure is based on seniority, defined by tenure, and includes an annual bonus increment awarded for each completed year of service.
OTE Variation: The OTE is subject to variation based on the specific branch and monthly targets due to differing bonus and commission potentials.
