What you will do:
Build client relationships via LinkedIn, X and other channels
Run negotiations end to end with existing and new clients, including cold calls and email outreach
Research market players, demand and trends in blockchain and AI

What we expect from you:
English C1+, written and spoken (the interview is in English, 95% of client communication is in English; the internal team speaks Russian)
Experience in blockchain, AI or IT
Experience with both cold prospects and warm leads
Proactivity and independence: every Sales Manager operates as an autonomous business unit with broad decision-making authority
Ability to close deals: this is the primary and sole measure of sales performance at ICODA
