We’re looking for someone at the intersection of Employer Brand, Talent Marketing, and Digital.

Your goal is not just reach. It’s bringing the right candidates to Salmon across Product, Engineering, Data, Digital, and other teams, from local and international markets.

What you’ll work on:
• Run targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and niche communities
• Build digital funnels from first touch to recruiter handoff
• Grow employee advocacy and Salmon’s presence in professional communities
• Use AI and automation to reduce routine work and scale what works
• Track candidate quality and improve campaigns based on hiring data

*What we expect:
• 3+ years in employer brand, talent marketing, digital, or growth marketing
• Strong hands-on LinkedIn expertise and knowledge of other digital channels
• Campaigns you’ve launched yourself, with results you can show
• Strong understanding of targeting, funnels, and analytics
• AI-friendly, hands-on, data-driven approach
• English C1
