Technical Support Engineer (Middle)| Limassol, Cyprus
Spotware, the company behind cTrader, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Limassol.
What you’ll do:
• Investigate and resolve technical and product-related issues
• Analyse logs, application behaviour and connectivity
• Use SQL for troubleshooting and investigations
• Handle support tickets and chats from request to resolution
• Reproduce issues and work with technical teams on escalations
• Maintain documentation and shift handovers
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of relevant technical support experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Understanding of TCP/IP and DNS
• Practical SQL skills
• Ability to investigate issues independently and take ownership
• Good English for tickets, chats and team communication
A plus:
Experience in fintech, brokerage or trading platforms, as well as API integrations, FIX, liquidity bridges, scripting, AI troubleshooting tools or MT4/MT5.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus — office-based
Rotating shifts after training, 24/6 coverage including Saturdays
