Senior Product Engineer

Tango is hiring a Senior Product Engineer

What you'll do:
• Work as an AI-leveraged engineer, owning features across backend, web, Android, and iOS.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape goals into solutions.
• Design under constraints of scale, latency, and cost.
• Build full features and write automated tests for all surfaces.
• Measure impact post-deployment and iterate based on user feedback.

What we expect:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong in backend.
• Proficiency with AI coding agents in production.
• Experience with high-load distributed systems and microservices.
• Comfortable across multiple stacks and languages.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:
• Experience in building agentic workflows and familiarity with Java 17+, Spring Boot.
• Shipping client-side features on web, Android, or iOS.
• Background in live-streaming, video, or consumer products.
