2D Animator (long-form videos)

Zuzka Media creates and runs English-language YouTube channels, and we keep opening new ones.
We are building the core team of 2D animators, who will animate the videos for the projects in our pipeline.
This is a team you can grow in, not a one-off gig.

Role: We're hiring 2D animators to create LONG-FORM videos only (20 to 25 minutes).

What you will do:

- Turn scripts and voiceover into finished 2D animated videos
- Match the style of our reference channels:

Bernard Animation
TrustMeBro
Crayon Capital
Agent Flappy
Casually Finance

What you bring:

- A portfolio with real 2D animation, ideally long videos on YouTube
- Experience with After Effects, Toon Boom, Moho, TVPaint, Adobe Animate or similar
- Good communication skills in English and reliable daily schedule (we're in CET time zone)
- A willingness to grow with a team and an international company

How do we pay:

- Month 1: a paid trial. $8-10 per finished minute of animation.
- After a strong first month: a longer-term deal with a monthly salary of $800-$1,200 plus performance based bonus.
- Top performers join our core team with higher pay and more responsibility.
- We estimate that a 20min video takes 2 weeks to produce (To be confirmed during the interview). We plan to post 4 long videos a month.
