📊 We’re hiring: Payroll Accountant — US Payroll 📍 Chișinău, Moldova | Full-time | Starting from 15:00 We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Accountant to join our team and develop expertise in US Payroll while working directly with an US team. What you’ll do: • Process weekly payroll for field employees • Review hours, overtime, per diem and adjustments • Prepare payroll reports and certified payroll / prevailing wage documentation • Collaborate with HR, Accounting and our US-based team What we’re looking for: • Basic experience in payroll or accounting • English B2+ • Confident Excel / Google Sheets skills • Strong attention to detail and numbers A plus: experience with US Payroll, QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Smartsheet or Connecteam. ✨ What we offer: • Official employment and paid vacation • Training in US Payroll • Direct collaboration with a US-based team • Clear opportunities for professional growth 📩 Interested?
