About Our Summer Internship Program

Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students entering their final year of university who are eager to gain meaningful, real-world experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, and professional environment.

As a Summer Intern, you'll participate in a comprehensive onboarding experience led by our University Relations team to set you up for success from day one. Throughout the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in weekly professional development sessions, networking events, social activities, and other engaging experiences designed to support your personal and professional growth.

The program takes place from June – August 2027 (10-week program).

Your Role [Customer Care AI Analyst Intern]

You'll join our Customer Care team at a pivotal moment as we're modernizing our support platform and building out AI-driven case deflection and smart routing. As part of this effort, you will:

Review AI-handled interactions and case outcomes

Analyze case volume and trends to find our highest-opportunity topics for self-service and AI deflection, and help write the help articles and guides that support them

Help clean and label case data used to test and improve how cases get routed to the right team or person

Support our platform modernization work by helping map and validate data as we move from our legacy system to a modern one

Build reports and dashboards that track how the AI, routing, and migration efforts are performing

Requirements

Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a graduate student in an accredited college or university

Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

Willingness to learn about technology, especially AI

Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office

Proficient with MS-Excel with a passion for data analysis

Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter

This role is hybrid based out of the Columbus, OH office.

The pay range posted is an hourly rate of base pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$20- $25 USD
