Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Karachi. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing relationships with existing and potential clients in relevant industrial and commercial sectors. The Business Development Executive will prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Daily tasks include market research, competitor analysis, maintaining a sales pipeline, and updating management on progress toward targets. The role also requires regular visits to client sites, participation in industry events, and contributing to sales strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in business development, B2B sales, and client relationship management within industrial or chemical sectors.
Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, including handling multiple accounts and meeting sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Familiarity with chemical products, industrial processes, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with comfort in preparing reports and tracking performance metrics.
Ability to work on-site in Karachi, conduct regular client visits, and travel locally as required.
