Business Development Executive (Commission-Based) Company: ZN Labs Location: Remote (Karachi Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role ZN Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our web development business by generating new clients and closing website development projects. If you're passionate about sales, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships, we'd love to hear from you. This is a commission-based position for the first 3 months. Candidates who consistently achieve targets and demonstrate strong performance will be offered a fixed monthly salary along with additional performance incentives. Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, social media, networking, and cold calling. Identify businesses that require website, e-commerce, or custom web development services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Conduct sales meetings and follow up with potential customers. Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth project handover. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of websites, digital services, or IT solutions is a plus.
