SAP Application Support (Tier 1)

Who We Are Looking For We are currently seeking for an IS Support / Application Support (Tier 1) to provide first-line (Tier 1) application support in a global organization, delivering initial response and troubleshooting for business application systems.
What You Will Do The role includes handling incidents and service requests, supporting daily application operations, and working closely with the Business Applications team to ensure stable and continuous system availability for users worldwide.
The position is user-facing and service-oriented, with responsibility for initial diagnosis, resolution of basic issues, proper escalation, and clear communication with global users.
Requirements Experience in IS Support / Application Support / Help Desk – advantage
Knowledge of SAP – must
Knowledge of Salesforce – advantage
Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. SysAid) – advantage
Experience supporting application systems in a corporate or global environment
Strong technical orientation and ability to learn enterprise systems quickly
Good written and spoken English (work with global users)
