Business Analyst

We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Analyst position within the IT Research & Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and innovation, helping to shape and drive the development of strategic IT solutions. What will you do: work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, UX/UI designers, product managers) to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories
support the design and evaluate innovative IT prototypes, applying Agile methodologies
bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the solution lifecycle
document and maintain key artifacts such as process diagrams, and acceptance criteria
contribute to the continuous improvement of digital products and services by identifying opportunities, collecting feedback, and tracking success metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications: Requirements Gathering (ask the right questions and to translate ideas into clear, documented requirements)
Communication Skills (verbal & written)
Manage conflicting interests and expectations diplomatically
Analytical & Critical Thinking
Technical Literacy (basic) & Tools Proficiency (Word, Excel, PPT, JIRA, Confluence, etc)
