Influencer Marketing Manager Middle

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing Team — a role focused on managing influencer partnerships, launching performance-driven campaigns, and helping us grow customer acquisition across Spanish-speaking markets.

Challenges that await you:

Manage approximately 30 influencer partnerships and placements independently each month

Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate campaign execution

Support the testing of new acquisition hypotheses and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance

Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as CAC, conversion, and ROI, and suggest optimization opportunities

Manage allocated campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently

Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to launch, optimize, and report on influencer campaigns

Maintain and expand the influencer database using internal CRM tools

What makes you a great fit:

Fluent Spanish and English

2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing

Good understanding of the influencer landscape across Spanish-speaking markets

Experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach through reporting

Ability to analyze campaign performance using metrics such as CAC, conversion, and ROI

Experience working with CRM systems or influencer management platforms

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident use of AI tools (such as Claude or similar) to improve productivity
