Sales Support Specialist

YE RS Solutions is the authorized RS distributor in Finland and the Baltic countries. We serve B2B customers
with industrial, electronic and technical products, and through RS our customers reach over 800,000
products from around 2,500 suppliers.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to keep our daily commercial activities running. You will work side by side with the Baltic sales team and report to the Head of Sales, Baltics.
The focus is Estonia, with support to the wider Baltic team when needed. You will be the person customers reach when they need an order confirmed, a delivery date checked or an invoice explained.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Handle customer orders end to end in our ERP system (Odoo) and make sure the details are right
• Answer customer enquiries on pricing, availability, delivery times and documentation
• Support the sales team with quotations, customer data and sales administration
• Keep information moving between customers, sales, purchasing and our logistics partners
• Support invoicing, and help follow up on overdue payments when needed - a small but regular part of the role
• Maintain accurate customer and product information in our systems
• Take care of the back-office tasks that keep the sales process working

WHAT WE EXPECT
• Fluent Estonian and good working English
• Comfortable with numbers, documents and business systems - previous ERP experience is a clear plus
• Good attention to detail, and the ability to keep several things moving at once
• A customer-oriented and proactive way of working
• Willingness to take responsibility for your own tasks without being chased
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order handling or administration is an advantage Early in your career? Apply anyway - we will train you on the products and the systems.

WHAT WE OFFER
• Gross monthly salary of 1,800-2,100 EUR, depending on experience and skills
• An annual performance bonus on top of the salary, based on team and company targets
