About the Opportunity
You’ll keep our day-to-day operations moving: CRM and outreach workflows, team coordination, and the systems behind our work. This is a hands-on, part-time role with ownership from day one and room to grow as the company scales.

What You Will Support
- CRM Operations: Keep the CRM accurate and current, build and enrich target lists, monitor automated outreach funnels, flag issues, and report weekly on results.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate recurring meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items. Keep project trackers, owners, and deadlines current.
- Business Operations: Administer our tools, maintain company knowledge base.

Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of experience in operations, PMO, business analysis, or sales/marketing operations at a startup, agency, or consultancy.
- You think in systems. You turn messy inputs into clear trackers, useful dashboards, and repeatable processes.
- AI native. You’re comfortable working with CRM and automation tools and learning new systems.
- You are proactive. You track commitments, flag blockers early, and close loops without reminders.
- Strong written and spoken English is essential.
