Affiliate Marketing Manager

Main responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with key partners to generate further exposure and increase revenue, while exploring new partnership opportunities and verticals.
- Target and develop relationships with both partners already active in the industry and partners who are new to the space.
- Optimize existing partner performance by analyzing results, identifying under-performing areas, and working with the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, and other experts) to improve performance.
- Regularly monitor performance reports, analyze data, and proactively identify issues, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Research and test new innovative ways and channels to promote Saily.
- Take a hands-on approach to partnership growth: proactively identify opportunities, develop and test new ideas and approaches, analyze results, and scale what works.
- Collaborate with Media Buyers, influencers, and other external partners to identify and develop new opportunities for growth and performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives support Saily’s broader marketing and business goals.

Core requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships and online marketing.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines such as CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in analyzing performance data and turning insights into action.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, as well as solid negotiation skills focused on achieving tangible results.
- Strong team-player mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Interest in travel, technology, and innovation.
- Experience with attribution and tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and various web and data analytics tools is a bonus.
- Experience working with Media Buyers and/or influencers would be an additional advantage.
