Business Analyst Junior+/Middle [Delivery Platform]

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Delivery Platform, responsible for production and inventory of Plata cards and distribution it among our ambassadors. This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development and communication with partners. You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency.

Challenges that await you :

Develop business and operational processes for our Inventory

Work deeply with the partners (communicate directly with the factory)

Design interfaces and solutions within internal systems

Participate in team development

Work with the backoffice system

Design, document, and maintain operational regulations, workflows, and standards

Critically assess incoming requests, identify root causes of problems, and challenge initial assumptions when necessary

Own and manage the business backlog: collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan delivery

Write clear and structured requirements for development teams

Define tasks, track progress, and control delivery timelines

Work with product analysts to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of changes

Monitor and improve key metrics related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders

B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
